Coronavirus: How We are Moving Forward
Dear Valued Customer,
Social Distancing: We have dropped down our register to the lower level counter to give us more distance between us and our customers.
Disinfecting: This is something we have always done to make sure we run a clean operation, but we have cranked it up a notch! Throughout the day we are wiping down door handles, pin pads, counter tops and all surfaces a customer can touch. We have hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes available at our front counter for your use.
Curbside Drop Off/Pick Up: If you feel more comfortable staying in your car, we can come out to you to bring in your dog, as well as bring them out to you. We ask that you call us when you are approaching Puppy’s Playpen so we can be on the lookout for you.
Pet Food/Supplies Delivery: We now offer FREE pet food delivery within a 10 mile radius. Payments can be made over the phone or via credit card on file. All products will be wiped down with disinfecting wipes upon arrival at your doorstep.
Professional Electrostatic Spraying Service: For over a year now, our facility has been professionally fogged each week to kill bacteria and viruses, including the Coronavirus!
As we continue to learn more about the Coronavirus/COVID-19 virus, we are taking all steps necessary to protect our facility, the dogs, and of course our customers. Below are the steps we are taking.
We are here for you and ready to take care of your dogs! Dog parks can be packed with groups of people, so have your dog burn some energy with us in a safe, sanitized environment! All of our employees must be healthy in order to interact with our daycare groups and clients.
